I need a flash interface that allows customer to upload a photo to customize an ISO plastic card. The interface will be exactly like this one:

Go to:

http://www.dexia.be/Fr/Particulier/Pay/ByCard/CustomCard/

 Then click on the link "le module de projet"

 The interface open in a popup. I want exactly the same.
