Hello everyone

 Looking to create a website in English and FrenchFinancial Services will be selling
Intermediary between companies and clients
Clients will be international
I need a simple client management system
I will do mailings monthly
Report about connections to my website, after mailings etc are necessary
I need to receive an email after each booking
A page with other services and offer them by category, city etc
I want a website clear, evolutive, easy to navigate, sober with no flash

Companies:
Free to open an account
Description of the company and services write and update by themself with a personal access codeThey will be able to list 5 similar services maximum
They won’t be able to cancel a service or change the fee without my agreement
They will be advised with an email of each booking done and will be able to contact directly the client to finalise the booking and payment.

The client:
Free of charge to open an account with access code
Will be able to search services via a search method (by category, country, name of company, per month etc...)
They will be able to set up an email alert and specifying their specific needs by key words etc...
They will be able to see history on their account
An e-news letter will be sent monthly
Will be able to book online (deposit by credit card). Then, a reservation email confirmation will be sent to the client who will be connected directly with the company to finalize the booking and the rest of the payment
I would like when clients see a service – they could have the possibility to see other similar services... and how many services are still available
