Contexte: Le choix de la solution et de l’intégrateur vient d’être finalise. Le rôle du consultant sera d’accompagner le développement de l’outil et d’orchestrer les échanges avec les différentes parties prenantes.
Competences et experiences requises :
- Strong knowledge and functional hands-on experience on ORACLE EPM cloud solution (E2E implementation in large scale international projects)
- Strong Project Management experience within all areas of project management discipline (scope, budget, issue follow up, risk monitoring and mitigation action planning, stakeholder management, team management, leading STC and other project committees, CR (Change Request) Management, contract management, etc.
- Experience on Contract Management (especially Fixed Price contract where Change Log/CR mechanism would be a key attention point from both functional and commercial perspective)
- Excellent communication skills with different internal and external stakeholders
- Strong skills on pros/cons analysis with the team, when it comes to arbitration between different solution options, or any escalation within IT
- Ability to prepare STCs and other Project committees with the right content as well as best of class look-and-fell, in excellence
- Familiarity to TCM (True Cloud Methodology) would be a plus
- Good understanding and experience on agile methodology
- Strong discipline on project deliverables & templates management; quality of the production of the team, regular QA checks on internal and external EPM experts work, both from quality as well as from deadline perspective.
- Very good understanding on Controlling business requirements, with business slang (eg. Cost allocation, intercompany process, consolidation, master data, budget and forecasting, reporting and dashboard design and implementation, etc.) and their translation and implementation in ORACLE EPM solution
