Design, développement et distribution pour l'ensemble de NHS Tameside & Glossop (agglomération de Manchester).
L'application Médicale est destiné au Médecin pour la prévention des risques aux utilisations antibiotiques.

Following discussions, field and management surveys, ZIMO iTS consultants proposed an iOS and Android mobile app with features as:
• Offline infrastructure: all information should be embarked in the application meaning that the database should be embedded to the application that requires no Internet connection. This solution allows
o The app must be running 24/7 with no connection required
o To access information everywhere, anytime. It is a key aspect because the audience is a mobile population with no specific schedule. They have to intervene in sometime extreme conditions.
o The fact to be offline also avoids virus risks
• Ergonomic: In order to make the app as intuitive and fast as possible, the app ergonomic includes 2 distinctive features as
o Decision tree: the decision tree is developed according to the hardcopy of the NHS Tameside and Glossop PCT guidelines. However we have simplified and illustrate it, so the information is quickly visible
o Search: a search engine with suggestions has been developed to allow users to access rapidly key information.
• Feedback: the app allows users to send feedback to the administration and management in order to get direct field information.
The application once developed has been delivered to the IT department. The app is available to NHS Tameside and Glossop intranet. The adoption has been really fast in less than a day and is actively used by 100s of practitioner everyday. ZIMO iTS is durable relation with the NHS and constantly working to improve and update content on a regular basis.
